Yes! We love learning new music and arranging special requests. It's what makes music so enjoyable. 

We will discuss with you what songs you want performed and how it might sound on strings and then we will arrange it for you at no extra cost.

Absolutely! We are one of the most versatile musicians in Sydney right now and perform a wide variety of genres. You can mix and match songs from whichever genres you like! See our English repertoire and Bollywood repertoire for ideas

We require one armless chair per musician to be setup where you’d like us to perform. 

For outdoor performances, we require protection from the rain, wind and direct sunlight, as our instruments are extremely valuable. We also need a certain amount of space for the following configurations:

String Quartet: 2.5m x 2.5m

String Trio: 2m x 2m

String Duo: 1.5m x 1.5m

Solo Musician: 1.5m x 1m

Yes! We regularly perform in venues outside of Greater Sydney, however this incurs a travel fee which will depend on the location of the venue.

Modifications that don’t incur a fee:

• Changes to the order or amount of songs in setlist

• Venue change within a similar area of previous venue

Modifications that incur a fee:

• Extension of booking time

• Reduction of booking time (partial refund will be given that incorporates a modification fee)

• Decreasing the number of players (partial refund will be given that incorporates a modification fee)

• Venue change that requires additional travel

If you cancel 30 or more days before the event, we can provide a full credit and re-booking of musicians at no extra cost OR a 50% refund of the payment amount. Bookings may be postponed for up to 2 years without extra cost, given at least 30 days notice.

• If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, the entire payment is forfeited.

• If, after making your booking, you decide to reduce the number of musicians, a partial refund will be given, incorporating a cancellation fee that will be applied to cover the cancellation of the musicians.

• The musicians reserve the right to deny service without refund if the behaviour of any person/s, poses a risk to the health, safety, equipment or livelihoods of the musicians.

• Musicians may deny service if the event environment does not meet the requirements for a safe performance for themselves and their instruments.

We arrive 15-30 minutes before the agreed booking time to set up and be ready to perform. We also stay back 10-15 minutes after the booking time ends to pack down. The booking time refers to the time that music is being performed.

We understand that things don’t always go to plan. If the delay is 5-10 minutes, an overtime performance can be negotiated with us on the day, however it is up to our discretion.

If the delay is over 10 minutes, we may not be able to stay because we often have commitments after the event and performing outside the booking time would make us late.

If the event is majorly delayed, we can organise arrangements with the Master of Ceremonies or the Celebrant to smoothly modify the event or provide alternative musical arrangements to ensure we still finish at the agreed booking time and you are not left with silence for an important occasion.

If you believe you need extra time, this must be arranged prior to the event date so we can make sure we are available for the entire duration of your booking.

In the event that one of our musicians is unavailable to perform, we will replace that musician with a capable and equivalent substitute and still honour the booking. This will be communicated with you as it happens.

In the rare event that we cannot find a substitute, a partial refund will be given if the booking can still be honoured with the remaining musicians. For example, if 3 out of 4 musicians make the performance, you will be reimbursed the cost of 1 musician.

If there was only 1 musician booked for the event, we will process a full refund.

Yes of course!

Some of our most memorable performances have been with loved ones of the couple. Whether it's a rock ballad or even an adorable lullaby from a child, we can play along with anyone! It's best if we know in advance too, but spontaneity also works!
